Queensland Transport and Main Roads (Roadtek) invited Antoun to replace defective concrete sections in need of immediate maintenance in two areas of the M1. As one of Australia’s busiest highways, careful planning had to be undertaken to ensure safety was paramount for M1 users whilst extending the serviceable life of the pavement.

Minimising impact to the community, including maintaining traffic flows throughout construction and ensuring the safety of workers and the public.
Detailed traffic management plans, carefully selected plant and machinery and experienced site managers with a commitment to quality were all key factors to delivering a successful project with minimal disruption to traffic. Our use of CTS Rapid Setting Cement achieved high compressive results, translating into a significant cost saving in terms of materials and labour required, which reduced the overall project delivery time and minimised delays to the public.
